The intervention is based on respect for an existing building of strong character, whose volumetry and materiality define its identity. The exterior design seeks to reinforce these qualities, integrating naturally with the existing structure and establishing a balanced dialogue between permanence and transformation.

Inside, the building’s courtyard is divided into two zones to meet fire compartmentation requirements through the creation of two distinct areas. Connections are opened between them, not only linking the spaces but also channeling natural light from the roof skylight down to the lower floors, making daylight a key organizing element of the intervention.

The former atrium retains its role as the spatial heart of the complex. Around it, open-plan workspaces are arranged, enjoying views out towards the sea.
